She has been in the Vacation Rental business for 10 years and currently manages 70 Vacation Rental Properties in the Hollywood, Hollywood Beach, Hallandale Beach, Dania Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Pompano Beach Areas.
Valerie's specialty is acquiring and managing profitable vacation rentals for owners who want to have a safe investment with a maximum return to those who just want their vacation homes to pay for themselves while the owner has the use of the property for their personal enjoyment. Valerie is always focused on the owner's bottom line minimizing costs while maximizing profits.
